パリで起きた同時テロ事件を受けて、国際的なハッカー集団「アノニマス」を名乗る人物が、過激派組織ＩＳ＝イスラミックステートに対して大規模なサイバー攻撃を仕掛けると予告する動画をネット上に公開しました。

国際的なハッカー集団「アノニマス」を名乗る人物は１４日、動画投稿サイト「Ｙｏｕ Ｔｕｂｅ」上で、およそ２分３０秒の動画を公開しました。

動画では、画面の右側にパリの同時テロ事件のものとみられる映像が小窓で映し出されるなか、黒い服を着て白い仮面をかぶった人物が登場し、フランス語のナレーションで声明が読み上げられてる。

それによると、「アノニマスは罪のない人々を殺すというパリでの行為を放っておけない。世界中の仲間がＩＳを追い詰めていく」としている。その上で「報復としてこれまでで最も大きなサイバー攻撃を仕掛ける。宣戦は布告された。覚悟しろ」と述べて、ＩＳに対してサイバー攻撃を仕掛けると表明している。

WikiLeaksの報復

2010年11月に、機密情報を公開する組織「WikiLeaks」が、アメリカの外交公電を流出したことで、PayPalやマスターカードなど数社がWikiLeaksへの支援を中止した。WikiLeaksを支持していたアノニマスは、不公正な行為が行われたという事実を認識させるための「象徴的行動」として、これら企業のウェブサイトにDDoS攻撃を行い、いくつかのサイトをダウンさせた。

反政府デモ

2011年1月のエジプト反政府デモでは、デモ参加者の情報交換の場となったツイッターやFacebookへのアクセスをエジプト政府が遮断したとして、エジプト政府の情報省のサイトなどを同攻撃によって利用不可能にした。

バチカンへの攻撃

国際的ハッカー集団「アノニマス」のイタリア版公式ブログを名乗るウェブサイトは７日、ローマ法王庁（バチカン）のサイトをハッカー攻撃したとする声明を発表した。バチカンのサイトは同日夜まで接続できない状態が続いた。声明は「われわれは時代錯誤とばかげた教理や規範への回答として、おまえたち（バチカン）のサイトを攻撃することを決めた」とした。

ＦＢＩと英の捜査会議録音に“成功”

ＡＰ通信によると、国際的ハッカー集団「アノニマス」を名乗るグループは米連邦捜査局（ＦＢＩ）と英ロンドン警視庁の間の電話による捜査会議の会話録音に成功したと明らかにした。会議はアノニマス関係者を捜査対象としたものだった。

個人情報でＸマス寄付！？

「アノニマス」を名乗るグループは米民間調査機関のウェブサイトに不正侵入し米政府機関や企業の職員のクレジットカード情報４千件以上を流出させたと発表した。欧米メディアが報じた。

報道によると、これらの個人情報を利用して慈善団体にクリスマスの寄付も行われ、被害も確認された。侵入されたのは調査機関ストラトフォーで、攻撃を受けてサーバーを一時閉鎖。同社は個人情報流出対策の専門企業とともに顧客対応に取り組んでいるという。ＡＰ通信によると、職員の個人情報が流出した機関や企業には米空軍やフロリダ州のマイアミ警察、米電子機器大手アップルも含まれていた。

８６万人分の個人情報公開

アノニマスを名乗るグループは米情報関連企業「ストラトフォー」のウェブサイトに侵入して盗んだ利用者８６万人分の個人情報をネットで公開した。電子メールのアドレスやパスワードなどで、キッシンジャー元国務長官やクエール元副大統領らのアドレスも含まれていた。ロイター通信が報じた。ロイターによると、個人情報を大量公開したのはアノニマスの一派「アンチセク」。アンチセクの広報担当者は短文投稿サイトのツイッターで、今後、多数の電子メールの中身を公開して「ストラトフォーは、自身が主張しているような“無害な企業”ではない」ことを証明すると表明した。流出、公開されたのはストラトフォーの７万５千の顧客、サイト利用者８６万人のメールアドレス、パスワード、クレジットカード番号など。米政府、軍に属する５万のアドレスが含まれていた。

麻薬組織に宣戦布告

アノニマスを名乗るグループが、メキシコの麻薬密輸組織「セタス」に誘拐された仲間の解放を要求し、受け入れなければ組織の協力者の身元などグループが入手した秘密情報を暴露するとビデオで宣言した。ＡＰによると、ビデオは動画投稿サイト「ユーチューブ」に掲載。「誘拐、盗み、恐喝を繰り返すセタスにはうんざりだ」と非難し「おまえたちは重大な過ちを犯した。彼を解放せよ」と要求、セタスと結び付いた警察官、ジャーナリスト、タクシー運転手らを公表する用意があるとした。メキシコの当局者はＡＰに対し、誘拐事件の存否やビデオの真否について確認を避けた。

露プーチン与党をサーバー攻撃

アノニマスのロシア支部を名乗るグループはプーチン・ロシア首相の与党「統一ロシア」のモスクワ州支部のサーバーを攻撃し、ウェブサイトをダウンさせたと、ツイッターで明らかにした。インタファクス通信によると、サイトは同日中に復旧した。アノニマス側は、統一ロシアのサイトが過度にプーチン氏を賛美していることに「吐き気がする」と、攻撃理由を示唆している。

日本政府への攻撃

2012年6月20日、参議院本会議で違法ダウンロードの罰則化を含む改正著作権法が成立したことに対し、それに抗議すべく「OpJapan」という作戦が25日に立ち上がりました。

この作戦では以下のような被害がありました。
① 財務省国有財産情報公開システムWebサイト – サイト改ざん
② 裁判所Webサイト – (D)DoSによりアクセス不可
③ 国土交通省 関東地方整備局 霞ヶ浦事務所 Webサイト – サイト改ざん
④ 自民党Webサイト – (D)DoSによりアクセス不可
⑤ 民主党Webサイト – (D)DoSによりアクセス不可
⑥ JASRACWebサイト – (D)DoSによりアクセス不可
⑦ 経団連Webサイト – (D)DoSによりアクセス不可

ソニーを攻撃！PS３ハッカー提訴の報復

ソニーは1月に、PS3のロックを解除したハッカーを提訴した。iPhoneハッカーとしても知られる
ジョージ・ホッツ氏や、ハッカーグループFAIL0VERFLOWなどを被告として挙げている。Anonymousはこの訴訟を「自社製品の仕組みに関する情報を検閲するための司法システムの乱用」とし、ソニーは「情報を所有し、共有したというだけで自らの顧客を不当に扱っている」と批判している。「情報は自由だ」と主張し、「われわれは許さない。われわれは忘れない。待っていろ」と宣戦布告した。

ツイッターを閉鎖

アノニマスは、今年１月にパリの新聞社「シャルリ・エブド」が襲撃される事件が起きた際も、ＩＳの活動に関わっているとされるツイッターを閉鎖に追い込むなどの攻撃を行っている。
