“交際0日”の電撃婚から3か月。一度として世に出ていない山本耕史・堀北真希夫婦のツーショットをついにキャッチ！
堀北真希と山本耕史夫妻の新婚生活
メインエントランスを抜けると天井まで届く本棚がズラリと並ぶ。書物とDVDは全て閲覧自由、併設されたシガーバーでは住人たちが酒を片手に紫煙をくゆらせている。フロントには24時間コンシェルジュが待機し、クリーニングやケータリングまで電話1本で手配可能。全室に食器洗浄機、ミストサウナが完備。
こんな至れり尽くせりのサービスを備える都心の超高級マンションで、山本耕史（39才）と堀北真希（27才）は新婚生活をスタートさせていた。
11月初旬の週末、手をつないでマンションから出てくるふたりの姿があった。黒のニット帽に黒のジャケット姿の山本に、グレーのコートを羽織った堀北が寄り添う。マンションと隣接するスーパーに立ち寄った後、仲睦まじい様子で夜の街へ消えた。
8月に交際0日の電撃婚をした山本と堀北。2009年にドラマの共演で知り合い、今年5月の舞台共演を機に、山本がプロポーズした。
「直筆手紙40通」「新幹線相乗りで指輪をプレゼント」など、山本による執念の“ストーカー愛”が世間を賑わせたが、これまでツーショットもなければ目撃情報も皆無。
「本当に結婚しているの？」──。一部でそんな声が上がるほど実態の見えない夫婦だったが、この日のふたりには新婚らしい初々しさが溢れていた。
山本耕史は料理上手
バラエティー番組にもあまり出演することのないふたりだけに、これまでも私生活はそれほど明らかにされてこなかった。そんな中で、堀北の趣味として知られていたのが料理だった。
「もともと料理が好きで、10代のころから友達や家族に作ってあげていたそう。お菓子から煮物などの家庭料理まで、幅広く作れるんですよ」(芸能プロ関係者)
’12年に放送されたNHKの朝ドラ『梅ちゃん先生』の収録中は、ほぼ毎日が自宅とスタジオの往復。外出をしなかったせいか、料理の腕にもさらに磨きがかかったそう。
「オフのときもほとんど外に出ないで、料理本を片手に新作料理にチャレンジしていたみたいですからね。南仏料理の『ラタトゥイユ』や、雑穀のおにぎりを容器に入れて、スタジオに持って来たこともありました」(制作会社関係者)
日々の料理担当は堀北かと思いきや、実はそうでもないらしい。
「堀北さんに負けず劣らず、山本さんもかなりの料理上手。独身時代も栄養が偏らないようにと、朝食と昼食はなるべく自宅で作るようにしていたんですって。得意料理は、唐辛子とチーズを合わせた『エマダツィ』というブータンの家庭料理。以前、ブータンに行ったときにハマり、それ以来、友人が家に来たときには振る舞ってあげるそうです」(舞台関係者)
彼の料理に対するこだわりは、こんなところにも。
「『ガオパッタイ』というタイ料理を作ったときは、隠し味の調味料がどうしてもスーパーマーケットに売っていなくて、わざわざタイ料理店に行って、仕入れ先を教えてもらっていました。材料がひとつでも欠けてしまうことで、理想的な味にならないのがイヤだったみたいですね。新婚生活でも、“キッチンは俺が担当する!”と言わんばかりに、せっせと料理をしているそうです」(山本の知人)
そんな“キッチン番長”山本の姿は、ふたりが暮らすマンション近くにあるスーパーでも目撃されている。
「以前から、山本さんおひとりの姿はお見かけしていました。結婚の発表があってからは、堀北さんもいらっしゃるようになりましたね。ふたりで一緒に買い物に来ることもありますよ」(スーパーの常連客)
帽子にマスク程度の軽い変装だというが、意外にも周りには気づかれていないという。
「お惣菜を買っているところは見たことがありません。ワインコーナーにいるところもよく見るので、家ではワインに合うおつまみなんかを作っているんでしょうね」(前出・常連客)
自然体な2人。これからの目指す夫婦のカタチとなりそうだ。
